All purchases are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchase. We receive limited subscription metadata (plan type, currency, renewal status) to activate or manage your VPN access. We do not store or process payment card details.

1.3 Technical and Diagnostic Data

To maintain and improve the Service, we may collect non-identifiable technical data, including:

• device type and OS version;
• app version;
• anonymized connection or error reports.

We do not log browsing history, DNS queries, IP addresses after disconnection, or any content of your traffic.

We use the collected information solely to:

• provide and maintain your account and subscription;
• operate the VPN and ensure stable performance;

We do not sell, rent, or use your data for advertising.

Zamna VPN follows a strict No-Logs Policy. We do not track, record, or store any data about your online activity while connected to our VPN.

• Account and subscription data are kept only while your account is active and are deleted within 30 days after closure.
• Technical diagnostics are stored in aggregated form for short periods (typically ≤ 30 days).

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access or disclosure.
