Zamna VPN — Terms of Use

Welcome to Zamna VPN ("the App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zamna VPN and any related services we provide.
By creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Access

Zamna VPN is available for download and use worldwide. However, users are responsible for making sure their use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations of their country or region.
You must:

• be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your region);
• create an account and activate a subscription or trial before connecting to the VPN;
• accept these Terms before using the Service.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone else.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription Model: Zamna VPN is offered on a recurring subscription basis (e.g., monthly or annual).
• Trial Period: We may offer free or discounted trials; full conditions are shown before you start the trial.
• Pricing: Prices may vary by region and currency; the exact price for you is always shown on the App Store purchase screen.
• Payment Processing: All payments are handled by Apple In-App Purchase (IAP). We do not store or process payment details.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can cancel or change your subscription anytime via Apple ID Account Settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled under Apple's policies.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use Zamna VPN only for lawful and personal purposes. You may not:

• use the Service to violate laws or rights of others;
• attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service;
• share or resell your account;
• misuse the Service in a way that could harm its performance or security.

Violation of these Terms may result in termination of your access without refund.

5. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Zamna VPN for personal use in accordance with these Terms.
All rights not expressly granted remain with us.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party platforms to support subscription management, analytics, performance diagnostics or technical support.
These providers process limited technical or transactional information on our behalf and comply with applicable privacy laws.
They do not have access to your VPN traffic or browsing activity.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process data.
Please read it carefully before using Zamna VPN.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.
Upon termination, your license to use Zamna VPN ends immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zamna VPN is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE BIG BOX SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
The newest version will be available in the App.
Your continued use of Zamna VPN after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Italy.
